  • Kill & Processing and Raw Further Processing: Our facility is equipped for Kill & Processing and Raw Further Processing, including Kosher and Halal options, and is BRC Certified.
  • Kill and Processing to Subprimals: We handle a diverse range of animals, including Cattle, Bison, Ostrich, Elk, Deer, Antelope, Swine (Domestic Pig, Wild Boar, Iberico Pig), Sheep, Goat, and more.
  • Raw Further Processing: Our capabilities extend to Raw Further Processing of Cattle, Bison, Ostrich, Elk, Deer, Antelope, Swine (Domestic Pig, Wild Boar, Iberico Pig), Sheep, Goat, with an additional ability to further process poultry.
  • Bulk and Retail Pack and Labeling & Private Label: We offer comprehensive services including, but not limited to, Grinding, Patties, Steak Cutting, Portioning, Dicing, Cutting, Slicing, Denuding, Marinating, Mixing/Blending, Seasoning, Wet and Dry Aging, Offals, Bones.

ARLINGTON, TX

  • Kill & Processing: We specialize in processing Beef, Bison, Ostrich, Elk, Deer, Antelope, Pork (Domestic Pig, Wild Boar, Iberico Pig), Sheep, Goat, and Poultry. Ready-to-Eat (RTE) Further Processing, including Kosher and Halal options, will be available by March 2024. BRC Certification will be obtained once full operations commence, and an audit is conducted.
  • Raw Further Processing: Our capabilities extend to Raw Further Processing of Cattle, Bison, Ostrich, Elk, Deer, Antelope, Swine (Domestic Pig, Wild Boar, Iberico Pig), Sheep, Goat, with an additional ability to further process poultry.
  • Bulk and Retail Pack and Labeling & Private Label: Our comprehensive services include Grinding, Patties, Sausages (natural and alginate casing through coextrusion), Meat Balls, Steak Cutting, Portioning, Dicing, Cutting, Slicing, Denuding, Marinating, Mixing/Blending, Seasoning, Injecting, Wet Aging, Curing, Tamales, Soup Dumplings, Raviolis, Offals, Bones.
  • RTE Further Processing: Products from Raw Further Processing can be run through ovens (including individual natural smoke generators with steam cook capabilities), jacketed kettles, jacketed kettle cookers with mixers, flame broilers, and deep fryers. Examples of products include tamales, smoked meats (such as brisket), sausages, hot dogs, meat sticks, jerky, dried meats, bacon (pork and beef), deli meats (such as pastrami, corned beef, mortadella), cook-in-bag products through steam ovens or jacketed kettles, sous vide products, broiled/roasted products, pates, broths (including bone broth), sauces, tallow, cooked tripe, skin cracklings, baked products, among others.

We limit the amount of space dedicated to dry curing products until we further expand the facilities. We are open to discuss limited volume productions.
